Flax Seeds Powder

Flax Seeds contained omage 3 essential fatty acids which is good for heart. This powder is good combination for idly, dosa. In winter season it is good for health.



Flax Seeds Powder


Ingredients 

  • Flax seeds  - 1cup
  • Roasted chana dal- 1/2 cup
  • Peanuts- 1/2 cup
  • jeera - 2 Tsp
  • Garlic - ^
  • Dry chillies - 6
  • Salt - as per taste


Method

1. Turn on the stove and let it heat up

2.Once it's hot, add the peanuts. After the peanuts are cooked, add the Roasted chana        dal.

3.Toss well, then add flax seeds

4.Add the jeera to the mixture and toss it well

5.After frying all the ingredients, transfer them to a plate and let them cool. Meanwhile,       roast the dry chilies in the same pan

6.After all ingredients have cooled completely, transfer them to a blender jar.

7.Add salt to the mixture and blend it until smooth

8.Finally, add garlic to the mixture and blend it until smooth
