Garlic Chutney 





Ingredients 

  • Garlic  - 1cup
  • Dry coconut powder
  • Tamarind pulp - 1/2 cup 
  • Roasted Dry Chillies - 7
  • Oil
  • Salt


Method
 
1. Heat the 1tspn oil in Kadai.

2. Then add garlic and fry for few minutes.

3. Now add coconut powder also and fry for 2 min.

4. Let them cool.

5. Now take a mixie jar and add dry chilli and salt and grind them into a rough              powder.

6. Then add roasted garlic, coconut powder and tamarind pulp and grind to paste.

7. Heat oil for seasoning, add mustard seeds, jeera, dry chilli, and fry till they turn            dark.

8. Then add chutney and stir well then take off the stove.

How to make Coriander Rice with Kodo Millet - అరికల కొత్తిమీర రైస్ తయారీ విధానం

Kodo Millet Coriander Rice


    Kudo Millet is also known as Arikelu in Telugu. this Kudo millet is rich in fiber compare to other millets and easily digestible. this millet includes B6, Folic acid, calcium, iron, magnesium, Zinc.
    Kudo Millets helps to control high blood pressure, heart-related diseases, and irregular periods. 

Ingredients 

  •   Kudo Millet/ Arikelu - 1 cup
  •      Coriander leaves - 1 cup
  •      Carrot - 1
  •      Onion - 1
  •      Garlic- 1 inch
  •      Cloves - 3
  •      Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
  •       Curry leaves
  •       Bay Leaf - 1
  •       Water 3 cups
  •       Salt and Oil - -as required


Method
 
   1.Wash the millets thoroughly.

   2. Add 1 cup millets and 3 cups water to a pressure cooker.
   
   3.Cook for 1 whistle on low flame.

   4. Meanwhile heat the Kadai/vessel, then add oil.

   5. After the oil is heated add garlic, cloves Mirchi, onion, tomato, carrot, 
      curry leaves, garlic, mint, salt one by one.

   6. Cover with lid and let the veggies cook.

   7. Then add coriander paste and fry for 2 minutes.

   8. Then add cooked Kudo millets to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.

   9. That's it ... Dish out the rice.
