Garlic Chutney for Idly, Dosa&Rice | Velluli Pachadi for tiffins -- by AmmammaTV

 

Garlic Chutney 





Ingredients 

  • Garlic  - 1cup
  • Dry coconut powder
  • Tamarind pulp - 1/2 cup 
  • Roasted Dry Chillies - 7
  • Oil
  • Salt


Method
 
1. Heat the 1tspn oil in Kadai.

2. Then add garlic and fry for few minutes.

3. Now add coconut powder also and fry for 2 min.

4. Let them cool.

5. Now take a mixie jar and add dry chilli and salt and grind them into a rough              powder.

6. Then add roasted garlic, coconut powder and tamarind pulp and grind to paste.

7. Heat oil for seasoning, add mustard seeds, jeera, dry chilli, and fry till they turn            dark.

8. Then add chutney and stir well then take off the stove.
