Kodijuttu Aku Kura
Nutritional Benefits:

Method
- Submerge the leaves in a bowl of cold water, swish gently, and repeat 2-3 times
- Drain the leaves in a Strainer. Then Finely chop
- Place the pan over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add sliced green chilies, chopped onions, and a few curry leaves.
- Add a pinch of turmeric powder and fry until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add finely chopped Kodijuttu Aku Kura leaves.
- Add salt, stir, and fry over low heat until the leaves are wilted and tender.
- Add chili powder and fry for 2 minutes.
