 Nutritional Benefits:

Method

  • Submerge the leaves in a bowl of cold water, swish gently, and repeat 2-3 times
  • Drain the leaves in a Strainer. Then Finely chop
  • Place the pan over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add oil.
  • Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add sliced green chilies, chopped onions, and a few curry leaves.
  • Add a pinch of turmeric powder and fry until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  • Add finely chopped Kodijuttu Aku Kura leaves.
  • Add salt, stir, and fry over low heat until the leaves are wilted and tender.
  • Add chili powder and fry for 2 minutes.
