Ingredients

  • Coconut
  • garlic ginger paste
  • Green Chilies
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Onions

Method

  • First, cutting the coconut into small pieces. Then, grind them coarsely using a grinder or blender.
  • Place the pan on the stove and allow it to heat up. Once hot, add oil to the pan.
  • Once the oil is heated, add onion, green chili, and curry leaves to the pan, one by one.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Continue frying until the ingredients are golden brown. Then, add the coarsely ground coconut to the pan.
  • Stir the mixture thoroughly and cook until the flavors meld.
  • Add coriander powder and fresh coriander leaves.
  • This flavorful dish is a perfect blend of spices and coconut. Serve it hot with rice or roti for a satisfying meal.
